Some Urgent Cleaning!

I was having trouble figuring out how I would power wash the floor of the ice house, it is thick with years worth of grime and slime...who knows when it was last cleaned out!
I approached Rapsons, and they agreed to lend me their power washer but it needs a water supply, which we don't have at the ice house. As always , the knitting ladies came to the rescue and suggested that I approach the local fire brigade, led by Steven Graham and ask them if they might do the job - they do have big hoses after all.
It's not really the type of job that I would instantly associate with the fire brigade but they agreed.
Before undertaking cleaning duties, the men first used the ice house as a training ground, placing a dummy inside and repeating a practice search and rescue. Some of the men had never been inside before, so if nothing else, they had the opportunioty to see what it's like. Hopefully some of them will turn up for Chris' performance next Friday.
The lights have now also been fully installed and are great, casting a clear white beam across the arched roof and floor below. The light accents the archtitecture whilst also giving just enough light for visitors to negociate the crazy paving.
